Cadillac Celestiq – However, consumers who want to go to a Cadillac dealership to buy their new car are out of luck. Each Celestiq is custom commissioned and designed in a variety of materials, textures and colors. Each car is meant to be a work of art as it is as unique as the person who buys it, and no two Celestials are the same.
Technology is a priority for Celtic designers. This starts with the adjustable panoramic sunroof on the top of the car, which has a fixed smart glass that allows each passenger to adjust the amount of sunlight they see during the journey. The sunroof is covered with a film that helps reduce road noise that EV enthusiasts have come to accept.

In the Celestique, drivers enjoy the same technological upgrades. ClimateSense technology provides each passenger with up to four different micro-climates in the car at the same time. Cadillac is raising the bar with five advanced HD interactive screens installed in the Celestique, the most the manufacturer has ever put in a car.
Cadillac Celestiq Envisioned In Series Production Form In Exclusive Renderings
After a global semiconductor shortage epidemic, Cadillac stopped adding Super Cruise technology to cars, but brought it back with a push for the Celestial. Not only can you drive without touching the steering wheel or pedals, but now you can change lanes without assistance using automatic lane change. With this technology, the car decides when it is best to change lanes and does so by turning on the indicators and steering into the new lane.
The construction of the car is also revolutionary. Cadillac ditched the coil-spring suspension in favor of a Celestique air suspension system that makes for a smoother ride. As well as Magnetic Ride Control, suspension technology is paired with ultra-quick response times. Cadillac also introduced Active Roll Control, with the front and rear of the chassis equipped with anti-roll bars to reduce roll forces during cornering.
Another great feature is the active rear spoiler that works at low speeds to make the car more aerodynamic. As the speed increases, the spoiler rises to ensure that the car is balanced.
Celestiq makes charging your electric vehicle easy, too. With 10 minutes at a DC Fast Charge station, drivers will have a range of 78 miles, and Ultium Charge 360 technology provides access to 110,000 publicly available charging points across North America, all easily accessible on the Cadillac mobile app.
The Cadillac Celestiq Electric: What We Know!
Pricing for the Celestiq starts at $340,000 for the base model. But with all the customization and new technology – and reduced environmental impact – it’s definitely worth it. The 23-inch Michelin Pilot Sport EV tires, while designed specifically for Cadillac, are only available in the summer, so be prepared to keep your car in the garage in the winter. 2024 Cadillac Celestiq starts at $340,000 before customization Cadillac’s marketing chief said the starting price is for a “blank canvas” before buyers add their personal trim.
Ever since Cadillac revealed the Celtic super luxury electric sedan in October 2022, we’ve known it will be the most expensive electric vehicle built on GM’s Ultium platform.
At the time, Cadillac said the Celestial would cost more than $300,000, and now we know exactly how much more than $300,000 it is—a lot, apparently. Cadillac executives said this week that the Celestial will start as a “blank canvas” priced at $340,000 before buyers can add their own personal touches.
I note that it does not include mail and shipping. The amount of the destination charge will be announced at a later date, a Cadillac spokeswoman said.
Cadillac Celestiq Debuting This Summer: Report
Grady Dias noted the automaker’s strong interest in the Celestial after it was announced last year, though he didn’t provide specifics. Cadillac has not yet revealed the number of Celtic’s first buyers, but chief engineer Tony Roma said in December that customer demand will cover the first 18 months of production. Don’t expect a large number though; He also said that the automobile can produce two vehicles per day.
“Since its introduction, we’ve seen that customers embarking on this refined journey can personalize the Celestial and make it a true reflection of their personality with customer care, but the blank canvas starts at around $340,000 MSRP. Melissa Grady Dias, Global CMO Cadillac
He said the luxury brand will let buyers know that they can start designing the vehicle from this week. No two Cadillac Celestiq sedans are expected to be the same after buyers customize them to their individual preferences. Customers choose a dealer before designing their vehicles.
“Participating customers and their Celtic Certified Dealer will be guided through the design consultation process by Cadillac Concierge, helping them through each vehicle design journey. As customers create their custom Celestiq, they will have the opportunity to work with some of the world’s most talented designers to ensure their vision is fully understood and executed to perfection.
Riding In Style: The Cadillac Celestiq
Cadillac builds the Celtic by hand at GM’s Global Technical Center in Warren, Michigan; This is the first time a production vehicle has been built there. The Cadillac Celestiq will debut for the 2024 model year, but the automaker hasn’t said when production will begin. However, Tony Roma had previously said that production would begin in December 2023.
The company is in the process of transforming a building on the grounds of the technology center at the Cadillac House at Vanderbilt for designer Susan Vanderbilt, who worked for Cadillac after joining GM Design in 1955.
The building also offers a concierge service for Celtic customers around the world to customize their vehicles. A Cadillac spokesperson said the facility is complete and will open this summer.
